Project Details

12|12 Aventura is a vibrant 10-story mixed use project that is under construction with a 2023 complition date. The project will include 30,000 square feet of commercial space, 25,000 square feet of medical/professional office space, 160 senior living residences, and an ample parking garage. This amazing project is being developed by Rieber Developments, in conjunction with the worldwide recognized architectural firm Arquitectonica, renowned interior design firm Interiors By Steve G, and operated by Watercrest Senior Living.
